Objectives

Ensure that the services of the
members of LIA and LIA are known to all stakeholders.

Mobilize funds for LIA.

Recruit membership for LIA.
Specific Terms of Reference
-
Disseminate information about
services provided by LIA and its members (e.g. through
print, electronic, radio media etc.)
-
Organize short courses and
workshops for Private sector and Government sector to
capacitate them and generate income.
-
Conduct accounting career
guidance to high school pupils and tertiary
institutions’ students with a view to recruit them into
pursuing professional accounting studies.
-
Engage in creative
income-generating ways to assist broadening income base
and generating income for LIA.
-
Develop funding proposals to
generate funds for LIA.
-
Organize the LIA annual
conference and any other social events that may be
required by Council.
-
Conduct social responsibility
activities for the LIA.
