MARKETING and PROMOTIONS
COMMITTEE
 

Objectives

  1. Ensure that the services of the members of LIA and LIA are known to all stakeholders.

  2. Mobilize funds for LIA.

  3. Recruit membership for LIA.

Specific Terms of Reference

  1. Disseminate information about services provided by LIA and its members (e.g. through print, electronic, radio media etc.)

  2. Organize short courses and workshops for Private sector and Government sector to capacitate them and generate income.

  3. Conduct accounting career guidance to high school pupils and tertiary institutions’ students with a view to recruit them into pursuing professional accounting studies.

  4. Engage in creative income-generating ways to assist broadening income base and generating income for LIA.

  5. Develop funding proposals to generate funds for LIA.

  6. Organize the LIA annual conference and any other social events that may be required by Council.

  7. Conduct social responsibility activities for the LIA.
